GMA New Media, Inc. (GMA NMI), a subsidiary of GMA Network, Inc., and the Manila Jockey Club, Inc. (MJC), recently signed the Shareholders’ Agreement for Gamespan, a joint venture that aims to transform sports participation and recreational gaming into technology-based services.
The JV company aims to propagate the gaming experience through multiple platforms such as mobile, web and other emerging technologies, and develop derivatives-based games.
