Joseph Biggel Named PBB Unlimited 3rd Big Placer
Joseph Biggel, the Promdihirang Tisoy of Marinduque, has been declared the 3rd Big Placer of PBB Unlimited edition during the Big Night held at the Quirino Grandstand on Saturday, March 31.
Joseph will take home P500,000 from Ace Hardware and appliance showcase from Whirlpool.
