Pinoy Wrestling Fans Experienced Wrestlemania Via Satellite with Studio 23
It was as if Filipino wrestling fans were at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami when they cheered and jeered at the wresting superstars of WWE in the via satellite viewing of “Wrestlemania 28” via Studio 23, the new home of WWE on Philippine TV.
Among the most intense battles were between The Undertaker and Triple H, Kane and Randy Orton, and CM PuHink and Chris Jericho. Big Show’s win over Cody Rhodes came as a surprise as well as Maria Menunous win with teammate Kelly Kelly. Menunous dared to enter the ring for the first time after Beth Phoenix and Even challenged her on national TV to battle them in “Wrestlemania.” But the most show-stopping moment for the night would still have to be the much-waited clash of The Rock and John Cena where the “The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment,” The Rock, won.
